That’s a comeback! Paulina Bátovská Fialková became World Champion just eight months after giving birth! As a proud partner of Slovak Biathlon, we congratulate her on this success.

The 2024 Summer Biathlon World Championship is over and our athletes have achieved excellent results. The best was Paulína Bátovská Fialková, who won gold in the super sprint and bronze in the sprint. She was one of the fastest runners and hit almost all the targets on the shooting range, missing only one.

Excellent results were also achieved by other competitors such as Jakub Borguľa, who missed the bronze medal by only 5 seconds, or juniors Tamara Molentová and Michaela Strakova, who finished in the top ten. The same goes for Šimon Adam, whose good shooting helped him move up from 21st to a great 10th place. Júlia Machyniaková and Mária Remeňová made it into the top 20.

Congratulations, we are very happy about this success. We are also happy about the words of thanks from the management of Slovak Biathlon: “We are grateful to you for the fact that up to 16 of our athletes could watch Paulina directly at the Championship, perhaps such a future belongs to them”.
