Acquisition of a nitrocellulose plant in Germany
The Slovak company MSM GROUP, part of the industrial holding company Czechoslovak Group (CSG), has completed the acquisition of the Walsrode industrial park in Bomlitz, Germany, including the production plant for Walsroder nitrocellulose.
